Jobtailor seeks an experienced field service professional to support industrial machinery through hands-on electro-mechanical work. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, provide technical support, and train customer personnel in operating and maintaining machines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to travel and adapt to on-site customer environments. OSHA safety compliance is a must.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems for industrial machinery.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact with customers on service.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Offers technical support including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Trains customers' operators and maintenance personnel.
• Complies with OSHA safety rules.
