Job summary

SAIC is seeking Field Service Representatives to support the U.S. Army’s M-SHORAD program. The FSR will provide on-site technical expertise, training, and coordination for fielding, operation, troubleshooting, and sustainment of the system across CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations.

Ideal candidates bring extensive air defense experience and a strong background in operator training and field support, with prior military experience highly preferred. Frequent Army unit interaction is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5+ years of field service/maintenance experience (6 extra years can substitute).
• Active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support, training, and coordination for fielding, operation, and sustainment of the M-SHORAD system across CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations.
• Plan and conduct operator and maintainer training; develop SOPs and training materials.
• Deliver technical briefings to leadership and program stakeholders; report system performance and maintenance actions.
