Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced customer technical support professional within the Applied Technology group. You will collaborate with engineering teams to gain product expertise and translate customer feedback into actionable roadmap ideas.

You will lead product demonstrations, provide training at events, support tradeshows, and help shape offerings for government customers while maintaining an active security mindset and travel up to ~15 days per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in defense or related field.
• Must be able to travel 5–15 days per month.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support for Applied Technology products.
• Work with engineering to gain product expertise and feedback for roadmap.
• Participate in customer briefings and product demonstrations.
• Provide training on Applied Technology products for customers.
• Support tradeshows and product evaluation events.
• Interpret customer needs into new features with business and engineering.
• Develop relationships to promote products to government customers.
• Collaborate with Business Development on capture strategies.
