Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging

We are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers with expertise in Toshiba/Canon CT equipment to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves traveling within the United States to perform service requests, including repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel within the U.S. to execute service requests on medical imaging equipment.
2. Perform repairs, planned maintenance, de-installations, and installations of CT, MRI, and PET-CT equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using laptops and other diagnostic tools.
4. Maintain accurate records of service activities.

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years of experience servicing Toshiba/Canon CT equipment.
• Experience with MRI and PET-CT is a plus.
• High School Diploma required; an Associate Degree or military training in electronics is preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.
• Ability to be on call, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• OEM or third-party training in medical imaging equipment.
• Experience with electronic equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
