You will perform startups, warranty services, preventive maintenance, and repairs while traveling up to 80% and upholding safety and customer service standards. A strong electrical background and willingness to learn toward a senior field role are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years field service experience with electrical power systems.
• Experience with automatic transfer switch testing.
• Reading schematics and blueprints for power control and automation.
• Familiar with applicable codes and industry standards.
• Customer-focused and able to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management and decision-making skills.
• Self-directed and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform ATS startups and field service activities.
• Provide warranty support, remedial repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and laws.
• Communicate with clients in a service-oriented manner and manage scope.
• Travel up to 80% to support sites and projects.
