Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support East Hanover, NJ and surrounding areas. You will service and commission control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and drives, traveling with a company vehicle. A U.S.

citizen and clear English communication are required, with residence within commuting distance of East Hanover. Your duties include reading schematics, troubleshooting to component level, wiring panels, and supporting installation projects.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Must reside within commuting distance of East Hanover, NJ area.
• Knowledge of panel wiring, PLCs, HMI, motor drives and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and troubleshoot control systems in the field.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot to the component level.
• Travel to job sites within the NJ/NYC area with a company vehicle.

PLESE NOTE:

Need to be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to communicate clearly in English. Only local NJ/NYC area people will be considered. Must reside within commuting distance of the East Hanover New Jersey area. This is a Field Service position with a company vehicle, so a good driving record is required.

To qualify for this position you need to have knowledge/experience with Panel Wiring, PLCs. HMI, Motor Drives, Control Systems, Variable Frequency Drives, and other related equipment. Experience troubleshooting electronics to the component level would be a plus. The company designs, installs, and services a variety of control systems and electronic drives. You will be a full-time member of their regional service team.

This company has been in business over 40 years, and has an excellent reputation in the industry. There is the ability to earn as much as an additional $20K annually with overtime. Company will test you on your ability to read schematics, troubleshoot to component level, and will do a background check & drug screen.

Starting Base salary in the $65K - $85K range (depending on experience), plus overtime (Overtime can add another $10K - $20K annually), and a company vehicle.
