Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Airborne Sensor Operator for a CONUS-based manned ISR program. You will operate E/O and IR sensors, perform mission planning, briefings, and post-flight documentation, and distribute multi-source information to support real-time and after-action analysis.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years or 700 flight hours on ISR aircraft, active TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to deploy up to 90 days to various CONUS/OCONUS locations; MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years or 700 flight hours on ISR contract aircraft.
  • Active Top Secret with SCI clearance.
  • FAA Class II/III Medical Certificate within 6 months of start date.
  • U.S. Passport valid 12 months after start date; international travel.
  • Physiological training / altitude chamber completed or proof.
  • CRM skills and ORM principles.
  • Willing to deploy up to 90 days to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze using E/O-IR FMV sensors and produce post mission products in MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Execute preflight, flight, and post-flight duties to operate sensor suite.
  • Perform mission planning, briefings, inspections, operation, troubleshooting, debriefings.
  • Prepare and distribute intelligence products and mission documentation.
  • Assist with sensor upgrades and maintenance.
