Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Huntsville, Alabama location. You will support implementation and execution of worldwide Field Service Operations for the US Army ACE program, with significant travel.

Duties include on-site analysis, troubleshooting, training, and liaison with customers. A Bachelor's degree and Secret clearance are required, with certifications preferred. This role involves 75% travel and potential deployments to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, networking, engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting network infrastructure in field environments.
• Must have Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Willingness to travel 75% domestically and internationally.
• Located in Huntsville, AL or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements per customer specs.
• Troubleshoot problems and propose actions to resolve issues.
• Provide on-site training and product briefings for customers and partners.
• Serve as field liaison with customer personnel during deployments.
• Perform start-up testing and customer training on features and maintenance.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
