Qualifications

• Experience with communication systems common to DoD operations including RF, networking, and software systems.
• Field support experience with commercial, business, or military aircraft.
• Security Clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and diagnose issues with computer networks related to payload data distribution.
• Travel to domestic and international customer sites for technical support.
• Communicate with pilots and engineering staff to resolve operational issues.
