Job Title: Field Service Engineer PET/CT

Job Details

Summary/Objectives

We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to maintain and repair PET/CT and other medical imaging devices. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities
  1. Assist in repairing diagnostic imaging equipment, specifically PET/CT devices.
  2. Travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
  3. Resolve problems, analyze issues, and communicate professionally in high-pressure environments.
  4. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications.
  5. Learn and gain knowledge of imaging equipment for maintenance tasks.
  6. Document all service activities accurately according to quality standards.
  7. Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
  8. Submit timely field service reports.
  9. Communicate with account managers regarding services provided.
  10. Manage and maintain company assets required for job functions.
Additional Information

Supervisory Responsibility: None

Work Environment: Field-based, visiting various sites with medical imaging equipment.

Work Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands: Talking, hearing, standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs., handling objects, reaching.
