• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required for customer support, training, or project execution up to 50%.
• Experience in the semiconductor, automation, or advanced manufacturing industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Oversee operational quality of system equipment and instruct customers in operation and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and manage projects.
• Travel as needed to support customers and execute projects (up to 50%).

Job Summary & Responsibilities

Field Service/Support Engineer (Levels 1 through 6): Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers. This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
