A leading company in technology services is seeking an Entry Level IT Field Technician in Reno, NV. Our client is seeking a technically minded individual to support Patient Simulators. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining simulators at medical-related sites such as hospitals and universities. The simulators provide modern, hands-on training methods for professionals and students. The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will travel within their designated area to perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper operation of the simulators.
Travel Information
Travel typically involves driving up to 5 hours within the area, with mileage reimbursement after the 30th mile. For longer distances, hotel accommodations are provided, and travel over 5 hours may involve flying. Most travel is local, but flexibility to travel (driving or flying) Monday through Friday is required. The position includes a 13-week training period, during which you will be away from home Monday through Friday, with classroom and field shadowing weekly. All travel expenses are covered by the client.

Pay and Benefits
Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance, and PTO. Eligibility depends on employment status and length.
