Travel required.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities*** Install, commission, and configure equipment according to company and customer requirements.* Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software-related issues.* Repair and replace defective components and parts.* Respond promptly to service calls and customer support requests.* Document service activities, maintenance records, and repair reports accurately.* Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers and end users.* Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and sales teams to resolve complex issues.* Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.* Manage service tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.* Travel frequently to customer locations as required**Education and Experience Requirements*** Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Military Equivalent.
