Are you the Field Service Engineer - Midwest we're looking for?
To thrive as a Field Service Engineer at GERSTEL, Inc., candidates should possess a robust skill set and relevant experience. Proficiency in Gas Chromatography is essential, along with familiarity with Mass Spectrometry and Liquid Chromatography. A background of 1-3 years in a service engineer role, particularly involving analytical instrumentation, will be advantageous.
MUST RESIDE IN: Illinois (IL), Wisconsin (WI), or Minnesota (MN).
Candidates must demonstrate a genuine passion for helping customers, delivering exceptional support, and maintaining a positive attitude. Integrity and a people-focused approach are key traits we value. Additionally, strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive mindset will enhance your ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
