Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Atlanta, GA area. You will install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on automated robotic lab instrumentation, with travel required to customer sites.

The ideal candidate has an electronics or electro-mechanical background, at least 3 years in field service, and is comfortable overnight travel. A COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline required.
• Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
