Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Atlanta area. The role requires electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and overnight travel to client sites.

Applicants should have a Certificate or AAS in electronics, at least three years of field service experience, and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Overnight travel is required.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish strong customer relations.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain vehicle tools and trunk stock.
• Provide on-site training on instrument operation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation

Benefits:

• Base salary 65K - 82K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more.).
