Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a field service engineer to install, service, and maintain medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Atlanta area. The role requires travel, strong electronics/EM field skills, and a solid customer relations focus.

Applicants should have 3+ years in field service, be fully vaccinated, and willing to travel overnight. A certificate or AAS in electronics is required, and experience with medical lab instrumentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, including tools and spare parts.
• Provide basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
