Job summary

Clean Harbors in Stockton, CA is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to lead large-scale environmental cleanup projects at customer sites. You will coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and the Branch Manager to deliver on safety, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, cost estimates, and work scopes; building relationships with customers; providing technical support for cost estimates and subcontractor selection; ensuring Health & Safety policies are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of environmental field service operations experience.
• Leadership/supervisor experience preferred.
• Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulation.
• Cost estimating and computer experience.
• Strong environmental remediation background and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and acting safely.
• Manages and oversees small to midsize, technically complex projects involving waste site cleanup and decon.
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates and work scopes and schedules.
• Develop relationships with key customers and understand customer issues.
• Provide timely, concise information to superiors and subordinates.
• Provide technical support for cost estimates and subcontractor selection.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies; coordinate with health and safety leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
