• Experience writing and understanding technical specifications.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and ownership.
• Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams on hardware/software interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Protocol Development and Execution: support design requirements and documentation.
• Design, develop, and execute test protocols for verification and validation of field service software.
• Complete documentation for test protocols, results, and reports.
• Software Testing and Development: run evaluation labs and document user experience and performance.
• Provide feedback to development teams to guide feature design and fix issues.
