Job summary

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Field Service Electrical Controls Engineer to install, program, start-up, troubleshoot, and repair advanced industrial PLC and HMI systems on client sites.

You will diagnose issues, optimize machinery performance, design control loops, and work directly with customers to ensure reliable operation across diverse industrial equipment. Local travel required with competitive benefits and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
Deep understanding of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and variable speed motor controls.
Strong communication skills for client-facing field work.

Responsibilities

Field Execution & Service: diagnose root causes and repair machinery on-site.
Programming & Controls: program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs, SCADA platforms.
Client Consultation: work with customers to identify requirements and select components.
System Integration: install, wire, and start-up machinery on-site.
System Design (Plus): draft electrical schematics and control loops for new systems.
