Job summary

Intralot, Inc. in Strongsville, Ohio is seeking a track technician to support field operations. You will track technician location to determine the most efficient trouble and installation assignments, analyze data, and coordinate crews and routes to optimize service delivery.

This is an on-site role depending on field needs. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience and must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Track technician location to determine most efficient trouble and installation assignment
• Analyze, evaluate, and report traffic and performance data.
• Provide technical support to customers and call center personnel
• Dispatch FST based on retailer service requests
• Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
• Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Provide field units with information about requests, traffic, obstacles and requirements
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

Provides updates to customers on delivery status. Tracks driver assignments and other data in a computer database.
