Job summary

Mark-Vii-Equipment is seeking a Dispatcher to manage service calls and coordinate our Field Technicians. You will be the main point of contact for car wash customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

You will route technicians, monitor the dispatch board, generate quotes, and follow up on warranty work. A high-energy, customer-focused approach and ability to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite; SAP preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; able to listen actively and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers and service technicians; provide support on product and service issues.
• Route technicians to service calls and manage schedules for efficiency.
• Monitor dispatch board and open tickets; address pending and ready-to-dispatch calls.
• Generate repair quotes and ensure all actions are completed to resolve concerns.
• Follow up on service and warranty work; coordinate sequencing of activities.
• Work a rotating weekend schedule to provide continuous support.
