Full-Time Technician Pay Scale: $31.78/hr - $51.49/hr DOE (+$2.00 Differential for field work)

Responsibilities of a Diesel Service Technician

The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agriculture equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, etc.
  • Work overtime as needed (over 8 hours/day paid at 1.5x)
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Work independently and in teams
  • Commit to ongoing learning and training
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Travel to other Butler and customer locations
  • Other duties as assigned

Must be 21 or older.
