Job summary

ZEISS Group in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to schedule field service technicians for machine installations, calibrations, repairs, and relocations across the US and Canada. You will liaise with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to ensure timely service and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in service dispatch or related experience, a relevant associate degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP/CRM knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in service dispatch and support in a technical environment or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree preferred; customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Lync; SAP/CRM knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field service technicians for machine installations, calibrations, repairs, relocations, and show machines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to meet customer requirements.
• Process requests, quotes, and purchase orders; maintain open job files until completion.
• Collaborate with Tools Department to coordinate, ship and track specialty tools.
