Job summary

CraneWorks is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain crane equipment including mobile cranes. The role requires mechanical experience with electrical and hydraulics and may involve travel for short assignments.

You will work with service managers to ensure safety and OEM spec compliance. Responsibilities include reading manuals and drawings, performing tests after repairs, completing reports and timesheets, and delivering exceptional customer service on

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Mobile Crane Mechanic/Technician.
• Proficient with CANBUS, PAT, EKS, ECOS, LICCON and Greer systems.
• Reads manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and tech drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain crane equipment.
• Operate and inspect cranes; diagnose defects.
• Prepare parts and drawings for jobs.
• Complete reports, time sheets and paperwork promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
• Travel 1–4 day intervals; 40–80 hours per week as needed.
