Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a Field Service Representative in Santa Clara, California to oversee field service activities for our clients. The role includes managing Service Providers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of facilities management experience, knowledge of building systems, and strong relationship-building skills. This position requires frequent travel (75%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related field; field experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of building HVAC, automation, life safety/fire protection systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Service Providers maintain high standards of safety and operational integrity.
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with contractual requirements.
• Build strong relationships with client site management.
