About the Role

The Field Service Representative (FSR) position manages, monitors, and improves field service activities for an assigned client base. The FSR serves in a consultant capacity to customers to ensure field services are effective and that contractual requirements are met. Responsibilities include oversight of Service Providers from various angles, including workmanship, cost, safety, system compliance, and overall customer satisfaction. The FSR also assists with Service Provider selection and ongoing training, and provides support and guidance to client and service personnel regarding on‑site routine services—including installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Ensure Service Providers maintain high standards of safety, operational integrity, and high quality work.
• Conduct various types of site inspections to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Build strong relationships with client site management to reinforce company commitment and anticipate site needs.
• Support the client’s brand efforts by proactively identifying emergent issues.
• Perform and report on site asset evaluation surveys.
• Work with Operations and various client departments on remodels, capital replacements, and program rollouts requiring equipment and/or contractor services.
• Represent the company at meetings with designated customers and deliver presentations on facility-related issues and requested topics.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field; field experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of building HVAC, automation, life safety/fire protection systems, and energy operations; maintenance or technical experience is a plus.
• Moderate knowledge of a variety of trades such as carpentry, electrical, and mechanical.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship building, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to establish priorities, develop objectives, and meet or exceed customer expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated strong customer focus.
• Ability to operate within the company/department budget.
• High level of technical expertise in construction, refrigeration, fast‑food equipment, electronics, and utility management.
• Capability to work from a home office.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills, conceptual and analytical ability, and high self‑motivation.
