Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Field Service / Applications Engineer to support inspection machines and systems. You will install, service, troubleshoot, and train customers, while assisting pre-sales activities and testing new software features.

Expected travel to customer sites and collaboration with internal teams and headquarters. Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training in a technical field.
• 2–4 years in electronics manufacturing, robotics, PCB assembly, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation and service for inspections systems, including site prep and logistics.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and perform validations.
• Train customers on system operation, programming, and best practices.
• Support pre-sales demonstrations, evaluations, and sample testing.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate progress with customers and HQ.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments.
