Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing low-voltage security or fire alarm systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience servicing CCTV, access control, or intercom systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair security, fire alarm, CCTV and live video monitoring systems, access control, and intercom systems.
• Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance per applicable codes.
• Identify issues and recommend upgrades or fixes.
• Reprogram systems and replace faulty components.
• Educate customers on system operation and features.
• Document service activity and upload records to customer accounts.
• Ensure work meets safety standards and company quality expectations.
• Complete work on diverse commercial and residential sites, including prevailing wage projects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during service visits.
