Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection, LLC. is seeking technicians to install and repair alarm systems including commercial DSC, DMP, Honeywell and Bosch.

The role involves running Cat5e/6 cabling, using J-hooks and cable trays, and reading blueprints to determine pathways and placement of fire stopping where needed. You will work in both subfloor and ceiling locations, indoors and outdoors, adhering to OSHA, state and local regulations and company safety standards.

Qualifications

Must have good work habits and be punctual.
Capable of carrying 50 lbs and working from ladders, platforms, and lifts with harness.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Able to work within OSHA, state and local regulations.
Able to work in both subfloor and ceiling locations.
Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
Must follow industry, company and customer safety standards.
Good communication and customer service at job site and in office.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings to determine pathways.

Responsibilities

Install and repair alarm systems (Commercial DSC, DMP, Honeywell, Bosch).
Install and repair Cat5e/Cat6 network cabling and pathways (J-hooks, cable trays).
Read blueprints/tech drawings to plan installations.
Ensure proper placement of fire stopping per requirements.
Maintain neat cable runs and proper labeling.
Coordinate with Technicians, Apprentices, and Project Managers.
