Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up, and solve problems efficiently.
• Willingness to learn, high initiative, and comfortable with travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute sales strategies within an assigned group of customers.
• Generate accurate product orders to meet revenue targets.
• Execute promotions, launches, and POS initiatives to ensure strong execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on sales objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and present tailored solutions.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth while ensuring pricing/merchandising standards.
