• Manage and prioritize workload demands efficiently.
• Communicate with and assist the Versatran team as needed.
• Assist dealers and end users with machine troubleshooting and parts questions.
• Provide in-field on-site support to dealers when applicable.
• Complete field reports with issues and resolutions for the specified territory.
