Job summary

Imperial Distributors, Inc. is seeking Support Merchandisers to ensure exceptional service for our supermarket partners. You will provide district-wide coverage, stock shelves, organize displays, and create seasonal sections to drive sales.

Responsibilities include generating sales orders, managing inventory, interpreting planograms, and adjusting displays as needed. Travel to multiple store locations in Westborough and Norwood areas is required on a Mon-Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in retail, grocery, or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions with basic computer use.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize product displays.
• Create visually appealing seasonal and promotional sections.
• Maintain planogram compliance at shelf edges.
• Process orders to maintain stock levels and maximize sales.
• Travel to multiple store locations within Westborough MA and Norwood MA areas.
• Train new team members on job expectations and tasks.
• Build relationships with store management and co-workers.
• Support route merchandisers with timely merchandising tasks.
