Job summary

Imperial Trading is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to proactively execute retail directives, maintain in-store conditions to standards, and resolve issues at store level in a timely manner.

The role involves setting and resetting merchandise, assembling or positioning racks and fixtures, driving a reliable vehicle to deliver inventory, and reporting needs and marketplace changes to Sales Support Manager.

Qualifications

• A Sales Merchandiser proactively executes retail business directives, maintains in-store conditions to standards and resolves issues at store level in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Primary duty is relative to supporting sales, or creating maximum sales order potential by proactively executing in-store directives and timely communication in the resolution of issues and/or identification of opportunities.
• Set and reset merchandise in store to match the authorized layout (Plan O Gram) provided by the Store owner/Manager or Merchandising Manager.
• Responsible to perform basic merchandising duties including, but not limited to, timely updating store order tags, replacing worn pegs, stripping, and channel strips; required to maintain adequate inventory of merchandising supplies and tools to remove deleted products and place new products and/or rearrange products.
