Job summary

Conduct regular in-person visits to insurance agencies, real estate offices, and referral partners.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and local community events to promote brand awareness.
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, adjusters, agents, and first responders.
Implement sales plans, track leads, and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Manage territory travel routes, visit quotas, and CRM-based activity reporting.
Represent the brand professionally and coordinate with production teams.
