Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support strategic sales initiatives in the assigned region. You will work with Sales Representatives to implement programs, build strong customer relationships, and ensure policy compliance while aiding merchandising and order support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Ability to drive to customer locations with mileage reimbursement and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Execute company programs on racks, planograms, ordering and merchandising.
• Address customer needs promptly by phone or email and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support regional customers.
• Identify stockouts and ensure products are fresh and properly displayed.
• Ensure planograms and promotions are followed and display opportunities are leveraged.
