Job summary

Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Leader in Lancaster. This full-time role blends sales with hands-on junk removal tasks, delivering exceptional customer moments and strong service experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You'll engage customers, explain pricing, and identify opportunities to grow sales while loading/removing items. Advancement to leadership is available within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales.
• Outgoing, dependable with a positive attitude.
• Reliable and team-oriented; able to lift 50+ lbs; valid driver’s license; 21+.
