Southwind, the top-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is seeking on-site Field Sales & Service Team members in La Puente, CA. This full-time role offers pay $27–$30+/hour plus profit share and tips, plus a base of $18.75/hour.

Training provided to develop real-world sales skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include estimating and closing sales on-site, removing items, and delivering exceptional customer service as part of a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 70–85+ lbs repeatedly.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• No junk removal experience needed. We train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales.
