Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Sales Development Associate to meet service expectations, sell products, merchandize, and manage routes to drive volume and profit. The role covers Harrisonburg, Staunton, Waynesboro, Orange, Dilwyn, and Louisa VA, with daily route coverage and collaborative teamwork across accounts.

Compensation includes $21.64/hour, a $2,400 annual car allowance, and a $300/month gas card, with full benefits available within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting capabilities.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed service expectations while selling products and merchandising.
• Cover routes without current coverage until a permanent rep is assigned.
• Call on accounts and establish efficient routing patterns.
• Plan strategies to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
• Maintain product levels and ensure brand visibility.
• Handle customer issues and refer to management as needed.
• May obtain payment depending on market.
• Attain performance goals and ensure account compliance.
