Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) seeks a sales-driven professional to grow market share for Milwaukee, Ryobi, and other brands at The Home Depot and nationwide. You will lead merchandising, events, and customer engagement to maximize sell-through in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key tasks include store demos, promotions, data-driven decisions with Power BI, inventory control, and building strong store partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service for The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events and store demos to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot teams to improve in-store execution.
