TTI, Inc. is seeking a dynamic retail specialist to grow market share with The Home Depot. You will engage customers, recommend tailored TTI solutions, and showcase deep product knowledge across brands like Milwaukee®, Ryobi®, and Oreck®.

You will lead merchandising, promotions, and events while using Power BI for data-driven decisions. This fast-paced role requires travel to various store locations nationwide, including weekends, and offers a strong pathway for career growth in a results-driven

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Occasional travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and moving equipment as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Retail environment full-time work and standing for shifts.
• MS Office proficient.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
• Formal higher education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics (Power BI).
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in training programs to work independently in assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to drive growth and innovation.
