TTI, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot.

You will execute promotional events, product demonstrations, and strategic merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service. You will analyze data with Microsoft Power BI, build strong retailer partnerships, train store teams, and coordinate brand marketing initiatives to maximize sell‑through.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year and personal vehicle.
• Travel to assigned stores and meetings; air travel may be required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods in retail environments.
• MS Office proficient; multitasking across reports and store needs.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus depending on markets.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising; leverage Power BI for decisions.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace, profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training to work independently in assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in‑store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks; support merchandising resets.
