Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a retail-focused role to drive market share growth in The Home Depot spaces across the United States. You will engage directly with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and push relevant TTI solutions while executing store-level promotions and campaigns.

Responsibilities include planning events, optimizing merchandising, and reporting insights with data analytics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store objectives and resets; leverage Power BI for data-driven decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s world class training program to work independently within your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution and partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and reporting tasks; support merchandising resets to drive growth.
