Job summary

Bluepeak is seeking a self-motivated salesperson to promote our fiber products directly to customers in their homes across assigned territories. You will conduct door-to-door visits, explain product benefits, build rapport, and close deals with a focus on meeting monthly and annual targets.

Base pay is commensurate with experience with uncapped commissions and performance incentives. On-the-job training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off are included in a supportive, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
• Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
• Expand customer base by attending community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand and service awareness.
