Job summary

Bluepeak is expanding its in-home sales team in Marshall, MN. This role offers a starting base wage of $12–$15 per hour plus a commission potential of $3,000 per month at target. You will visit customers door-to-door, promote our fiber products, and close sales in assigned neighborhoods.

The schedule is flexible, with afternoons and weekends up to 30 hours per week. You’ll travel within your territory and build lasting customer relationships while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluepeak products directly to customers in homes.
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
• Explain product benefits and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Use software tools to track leads, manage interactions, and report sales activities.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel within assigned territory as needed.
• Expand customer base by attending community events and promoting brand awareness.

• Expand customer base by attending community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand and service awareness.
