Job summary

Bluepeak in Watertown, SD seeks an energetic door-to-door sales representative to promote fiber internet and related services directly in customers’ homes. You’ll visit neighborhoods, explain product benefits, and close interest with a friendly, consultative approach.

The role offers flexible scheduling (up to 30 hours/week) with a base of $12–$15/hour plus a $3,000/month commission when targets are met. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
• Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
• Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on customer needs.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.

• Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
• Expand customer base by attending community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand and service awareness.
