We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our Midland, TX team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential customers to acquire new jobs.
  • Regularly visit clients to cover the Permian region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with oil & gas operators and directional companies.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain knowledge of all company products, services, and applications.
  • Complete and maintain sales reports.
  • Report on customer activities and well planning.
  • Assist with processing sales tickets and paperwork.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance and interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Perform other duties as delegated to ensure department efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of five years related experience.
  • Drilling systems background and downhole tool knowledge required.
  • Experience and training equivalent considered.
