• 2+ years of B2B field sales experience required, preferably in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare.
• Experience conducting in-person outreach to healthcare providers, clinics, or medical practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals, and provider offices within an assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Identify new business and referral opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective partners.
• Manage follow-ups, outreach activity, and contacts through CRM tools.
• Provide weekly updates on leads, meetings, and business development activity.
• Partner with internal teams to support onboarding of new referral partners.

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow PsychPlus by building relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and community partners. This is a field-based role for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting providers in person and developing new referral opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics, hospitals, and provider offices within an assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Identify new business and referral opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective partners.

Requirements

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

$80,000–$120,000 base salary + commission
