Overview
The current delivery model for mental health care in the U.S. is broken. At PsychPlus, we are on a mission to reimagine how mental health care is delivered to those who need it most. Our goal is to provide a digital-first, modern approach to psychiatry and therapy—making care accessible, affordable, and convenient.
We offer both in-person services at our clinics across multiple states and virtual care so patients can receive treatment wherever they are. By combining exceptional medical and psychological care with best-in-class technology, we deliver an integrated experience that meets patients’ needs in a way traditional models cannot.
Join us in our mission to ensure every person has access to high-quality mental health care.

Role Summary
As a Channel Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding PsychPlus’ reach by building and scaling reseller relationships that distribute our mental health solutions to employers and health plans. Unlike direct sales, this role focuses exclusively on indirect, channel‑based partnerships—including EAPs, TPAs, captives, benefits platforms, digital health marketplaces, and broker‑led bundles. You will design commercial models, enable partner sales teams, and manage long‑term growth strategies that allow resellers to package PsychPlus offerings seamlessly into their portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Reseller Strategy & Targeting
- Define and refine the ideal reseller partner profile (EAP vendors, TPAs, captives, benefits tech platforms, aggregators).
- Prioritize target lists by market, segment, and strategic fit.
- Support reseller go-to-market strategy, including packaging, pricing constructs, and rules of engagement with direct sales.
Reseller Acquisition & Deal Structuring
- Source and qualify prospective reseller partners.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from first contact through solution design, business-case development, and contract execution.
- Structure commercial terms (margin, rev-share, volume tiers, exclusivity) while protecting PsychPlus’ unit economics and brand integrity.
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Own the onboarding playbook for new resellers: training, demo access, and SOPs for implementation/support.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build reseller-specific collateral: co-branded decks, pricing guides, FAQs, and objection-handling resources.
Pipeline & Co-Selling Through Resellers
- Work with reseller sales teams to embed PsychPlus offerings into proposals and renewals.
- Provide deal coaching, demos, and subject-matter expertise to accelerate reseller-sourced opportunities.
- Track pipeline performance and ensure clean attribution in collaboration with Sales Ops.
Ongoing Partner Management & Growth
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of reseller partners.
- Run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess pipeline, revenue, utilization, and client feedback.
- Drive expansion motions: new SKUs (e.g., SMI care, SUD programs), geographies, or deeper platform integrations.
- Monitor partner performance, address gaps, and recommend where to double down vs. de-prioritize.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Marketing to ensure PsychPlus solutions are easy to package, contract, and implement through third parties.
- Design partner-led campaigns and case studies that resellers can leverage with employer and plan clients.
Qualifications
Experience
- 4–7+ years in channel, partnerships, or reseller management, ideally in:
- Benefits technology, EAP/TPA, or health‑plan ecosystem roles.
- Proven track record of signing and scaling reseller agreements that generate recurring revenue.
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong understanding of employer benefits and reseller economics (wholesale vs. retail pricing, margin structures, PEPM/PMPM pricing, bundling).
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to translate clinical/product capabilities into simple, sellable packages for non-clinical sales teams.
- Comfortable building processes, playbooks, and reporting in a growth-stage environment.
- Data-driven mindset: able to interpret partner dashboards and act on insights.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for mental health and commitment to improving workplace well-being.
At PsychPlus, we prioritize quality over quantity of hires. We offer competitive salaries, zero-stress medical/dental/vision coverage, generous PTO, and unique perks aligned with our mission as a modern mental health company.
