National Floors Direct is seeking motivated in-home sales professionals to join our growing Mid- Atlantic team. You will meet homeowners, present flooring options, and guide them through the purchase in their own homes.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for W-2 or 1099 engagement, with company-generated pre-scheduled appointments and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes, evaluate their flooring needs, present product solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in flooring, windows, roofing, siding, bath remodeling, HVAC, solar, or other home improvement categories.

• A disciplined work ethic and commitment to maximizing sales opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a demanding appointment schedule.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel throughout their assigned sales territory.

Flooring industry experience not required. Successful in-home sales professionals from other industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
